Modern stay-cable systems include anchor pipes, HDPE pipes, strand alignment collars, galvanized strand with extruded coating, deviation saddles, modular vibration dampers, anti-vandalism systems, anchor heads and stressing jacks. Parallel-wire suspension cables are fabricated by air-spinning or with the PPWS method. Spiral and locked-coil ropes and suspension bars are used for the deck hangers.
